		<description>Hi there, I am the president of a call center. When telemarketers/ callers etc. call you and offer a service many rules should be followed that are set in place by the FTC (Federal Trade Comission). Their are rules for B2B (business to business telemarketing) and B2C (business to consumer telemarketing). If you have not requested to be on a do not call list, it is leagl to call and offer you services. IF you are NOT interested (here) we instruct callers to say thank you or please consider ___ in the future etc.  We do not have objections and train people to not hear you. A Good telemarketer does here you and is interested in your needs, a) are you interested in what is being offered b) if so what are your needs in that area c) offer to have the company they are calling for to call and assist them and get the answers to questions that are voluntary and asked 1 time. I could get into more details, but my point is NOT ALL call centers operate that way and we are in Jax, fl with 4 locations, NONE over seas. Thank you.</description>

When the represented entity from Citibank faults, it is the responsibility of the bank to ensure that corrective processes are incorporated and the maladies are corrected.

There is a Tamil proverb that a little poison does make the pot of milk itself unpalatable. This little truant person can spoil the show of entire bank.</description>

We  were  bothered  so  much  to  take  a  retirement  plan,and  that  too  during  (especially)  our  daily  noon  nap  time.
This  went  on  for  quite  a  while  ,until
we  went  straight  to  the  CITI  bank  main  branch.
And  lodged  a  complaint.
that was  not  the  end.  they  sent  a Creditcard  to.  which  we  sent  right back  to them with many thanks.</description>
