Sometime back we were discussing about the SadState of new comers in Automobile industry in our ‘Views and Reviews‘. I wanted to share the paradoxical and caring attitude of Maruti here. Just a request on their website to initiate sales call back initiates a polite callback with all pertinent details and local dealer contacts alongside a message to dealer to call the customer also.
It seemed they have been facing some technical issues and hence the automatic call which once picked up the customer instead of connecting to the helpdesk, started playing some hold music and then abruptly hungup. I would appreciate Maruti for the more customer-friendly attitude and let us patronize them and wish them more success in the automobile industry.
