ExpressiT Courier and Credit Card Felony
About six months, we discussed about serious faults involving ICICI Adyar branch and ExpressIT courier mishandling this blogger’s credit card. For those interested, here is the post. Now, Chennai City Police has unearthed a racket of credit card felony involving this ExpressIT courier. The racket involved was guided by an employee of a private bank, steered by a software professional and an ExpressIT courier employee served as vehicle for the felony.
The trio had made good the booty by robbing credit cards sent by banks in purchasing hi-fi gadgets from various supermarket stores and retain chains in Chennai including mobile phones and valuables.

I had applied for ICICI Online banking login id and password on 27th of July 2007. The very next day (28/07/2007) i received a message on my mobile phone saying that my application is been processed and they have sent username and password through EXPRESS IT Courier service and the airway bill no. is 2329586630. Its been one and a half month and I am really sad to say that still I haven’t received it.

Humm,
I came across this site while searching for Expressit’s website. I’m wondering why so many peoples are posting their complaint on this Blog, though it’s in no way connected with Icici or ExpressIT.
If you received tracking number you can visit http://www.expressitnet.com/trackmain.htm and see the status.
Surely this courier company has serious problem. I’m facing the similar problem most of the people posted here… trying to find my ICICI CC!
ICICI is really crazy to use this service.

Is this the service they give to customers then let me say it is pathetic and sir they definatly need to get new staff to improve the reputation which let me say by the above comments is not good especially when it comes through a big bank such as icici

The ICICI bank had sent me a packet through you containg my credit card. ExpressIT men at Delhi never visited me and gave the status report as `Cnee’ not found. The person delivered it to icici bank, delhi. This is violation of the contract between you and the bank. Also calls for a complaint in the consumer court.

Hi Vasudevan,
Came across this post while searching for ‘Expressit’ courier’s website like many of my friends here.
I am sure most, if not all, of the people above understand that this blog has nothing to do with ICICI/ ExpressIT courier service but are expressing their frustration here because nobody either at ICICI/ ExpressIT would have responded properly to them. The service quality of ICICI Bank seems to be deteriorating by the day and it is doubtless that Express IT Courier needs to find itself a different business.
Btw, my Debit card PIN is on its way for the last 7 days. I just hope I get it. Running short on cash 🙂

Whereas i am trying to call on 033-32559964 it ringing and ringing, sometime they cut the phone this kind of service we are getting from ExpressIT end pls take necessary action, this 2nd time happening earlier it happend with consignment no. 8052096883 they returned the courier stating the reason that i m not availabel, but i was very much there no body had come to deliver.
Very ..Very ..poor service in this way it cant sustain in the market….

Same thing happen with me today. My credit card courier was not deliverd yet. But i checked the staus of the Expressit Awb: 8053093506 status. It’s showing RTO. How come these guys return the courier without talking to me.
We request ICICI guys to don’t take the service from these Express IT courier. Better take service from bulue dart or Overnight Express. These two courier at the best.

ExpressIT is a very fraudulent company. I have not received any mail from it last 6 month. It has been a night mare to deal with ICICI Bank and ExpressIT to simply get a mail. ExpressIT does not deliver any mail. They simply send it back saying silly things like custmer not available, improper address etc.
I repeatedly complained to ICICI Bank, but of no use. Some higher up is getting lot of kick backs.
Don’t expect any mail to be delivered by ExpressIT. ICICI Bank has become to big to worry about customer service..

Dear all
I work as assistant general manager and two of DD’s amounting to Rs.7.00 lacs have been sent by icici bank credit card department to me, one on 16/4/08 (AWB No.2613326800) another on 15/4/08 (AWB 2613276131 ). However, till today, i.e. 19/4/08, the DD’s have not been delivered to me by Express IT courier. When I contacted ICICI Customer care no. they informed that their job is over once the DDs are despatched and i should contact the courier company only and gave the courier contact no. When I dialed that no. I was told that i shyould contact the customer care no. of Express IT. I was dialling that no for more than 4 hours and no one picked up the call.
It is really surprising as to how such courier companies are employed by banks like ICICI who doesnot bother for customer service.

I am from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
The Express it courier service seems to be of dubious nature. Their customer service is disgraceful. My wife has received a mail from Chennai.(as per the SMS message sent to her mobile) but the consignment was returned as there were no body to collect it at the address. This reason is false as people were present at the time specified. I called up their head office to know about their office address in our area. It seems nobody has a clue of it. And nobody lifts the phone in their local office.
Something seems to be fishy about their operations. Their antecedents need to be checked thoroughly.

Dear All,
Even I’m one among them who is fed up of this Express IT Courier.
I was expecting a Courier of DD on 07/05/08 from ICICI. When I called up the ICICI customer care, they told me to contact the Courier guy. And when I called up the Courier office, I was surprised to here that it’s already delivered on 7th itself to a person by name Dinesh, even though the name mentioned on the courier is my name. Further more they don’t have the contact number of Mr.Dinesh.
I have no idea what to be done next. I feel that it’s a high time for ICICI bank to take some action against Express IT Courier.

I really dont know the reason, ICICI bank is using this lousy courier called Express IT, it seems they are paying some big managers there some kick back. I always face problem with courier and complaint to the bank and they are not bothered. Always i notice all the important documents they use this low grade courier and i understood, not only me my collegues also have got proboem with this courier…….they never respond to the call regarding the consignemnt and deliver at their own time and will………its ICICI to be blamed

Since there are too many complaints from the customers the bank should think of change their shipper. I don’t know why they are sticking to this poor company for its transit. Kotak Card was Despatched on 15 of Sept and SMS saying it will reach me with 4 working days. till today ie 27.9.2008 , It has not reached , the Customer service is Dubicious and make me feel something is fishy about this Courier Services , None of the Line in Hyderabad office work , All my efforts to reach them over Phone is Gone Waste.

After confirming my address (on26/9/11) .it was not delivered.As courior service told me it will be delivered next-day.

It is worse courier company. I requested many times to deliver my courier , they took the request but no body came for delivery rather courier returned
No body calls before they come for delivery. Customer care is too bad, called may times , it disconnects each time. Banks please do not use this courier service as they as too bad in their work.

Please dont trust this courier alone. i haven’t seen such a fraud service people. my card statements has been delivered through these people 3 – 4 times from hdfc but they didn’t come to my address or give a phone call and delivered it wrongly. when i enquired the manager of chrompet branch said that the executive ran away. so how will i get my next statements. why dont people take action to make such fake services closed.
