Why should we avoid HDFC Bank?
A few months before my tenure with my previous organization began, I had to open an account with HDFC Bank. It was with Nungambakkam branch. Initially, my the then organization used to give us the monthly salary through Citibank Checks. I normally deposited them in this new HDFC Bank since it was en route and withdrew from the ATM card. After a while, when we had our own salary account with Standard Chartered Bank, I chose not to close this but at least to maintain a minimum balance and keep running it.
Time went along but then the rapport and trust with HDFC bank came down step by step. Simply put a few of the following failed to accomplish:
- No valid response regarding renewal of ATM Card. The website says availability of ATM card in lieu of Debit Card but the branch and phone banking are emphatic on debiting a costly issuance + annual fees on debit card stating that ATM cards are not supported. When I quote that your website promises otherwise, you only witness a grave silence from their side other than an autoresponder.
- When you opt for Fixed Deposit in any branch, the agents crowd around soliciting for mutual funds. I have recently quoted about an interesting quotation about Mutual Funds in my other discussion about ‘Value for Penny‘.
- When I chose to close a fixed deposit, one branch says base branch; base branch says nearest branch and sometimes I get replies “4 Working Days”.
- Last year, before I travelled to US, I thought of getting the TDS Certification and submitting a Form 15H for tax exemption. But one of the Velacherry Bank staff (Lakshmi Seshadri) was busy giggling with her colleague more than responding to customer queries. This issue went to sleep for a while.
- This january after a long sleep, this was put to a period. I forced a three step operation:
- Break the deposit at ITC Center, Anna Salai and took some amount there and transferred to my other account.
- Took my other amount by cash withdrawal at my parent branch.
- The parent branch was refusing closure of account. Hence I lodged a report to CustomerCare and filed subsequent closure requests at Selayur and Tambaram Sanitorium to have it closed.
- You may ask me “Why do you withdraw at three branches?”. The simple answer is that Chennai these days are filled with pocketpickers. If they observe you withdrawing full fixed deposit, you risk losing it. You ought to distract them to stay safe”.

I agree fully. Recently service standard at hdfcbank has gone down. My society has an prefered banking account with them at lansdawn road branch kolkata. They are in habit of issuing deposit receipts after 15-20 days. Recently one cheque for a small amount was returned ,matter was reported to the branch manager and he assured that this will not happen again. same cheque was returned again so i have decided not to put any deposit with them. We have withdrawn 37 lakhs from the account in anger against bad service.Inspite of this branch manager or customer care department is not bothered as they get hefty salary for doing no customer service.I am going to ask hundred of person whome we know and are members of our society not to bank with hdfc as it had become too big to care for customer

Hi I am a victim of the poor service from HDFC bank. I was working in Chennai for two years . My company account was initially in HDFC . I took two loans one from HDFC and another from ICICI . I came to USA this year. Without proper information they locked my account .
The HDFC loan department sent representative to my home and called up my friends and asked why I had not paid the EMI.
I sent a mail of my own interest saying why is the loan EMI not taken from my account.They replied saying there was no problem in my account .
After 5 days I called up the bank to ask them why the EMI was not taken still .Then i got a mail after 4 days saying my account was locked .
In meantime I called up the customer service more than three times and spoke to them asking them to release my accounts .
Every time the promised they would call me soon and till the last nothing happened.
My kind advice is unless it is a do or die situation never open an account in HDFC or take a loan there

I agree with you. Not just that, if the emi is not paid, or the credit card payment is not done, they will transfer it to collection agents and those collection agents will have full access to ALL HDFC accounts no matter weather the account belongs to the borrower or not. this raises a serious question about the safety and confidentiality of customer’s account information. those can me misused!

Those who had taken loans from HDFC Bank.Please keep in mind that even a single cheque bounce would result you in having no loans from other banks in future. Even if you had settled your loan amount in full, they would always point out the single cheque bounce and deprive you from availing any through their mails sent to cibil. So if you ever had any cheque bounce before and still the loan is running…. my suggestion could be “just dont pay them. Even if you do so it is as good as not paying them”

A friend of mine somehow forgot to pay the monthly amount due for the credit card and unfortunately had a salary account with HDFC bank.The salary was put on hold with any prior information.Its the worst bank,thief i would rather say and specially in Delhi.Although i have no clue how it operates in other cities.We literally had to fight and its seems some of my friends were also threatened.

HDFC Bank Support Services is the pathetic services I have ever experienced..If you live near an HDFC branch and at the same place till your death, alright..If you want to change the address after you moved out or need any information from the bank, you are finished.. They want you to personally visit the branch and fill their own specific forms to process a request..And their other organization, HDFC Securities is even more pathetic.. These support people are just dumb or that ‘s what the management wants them to be..They have zero customer empathy -dont understand the customer problem, leave alone resolving them.. I chose HDFC bank because ICICI bank had a lot of hidden charges..But my decision was wrong.. ICICI Bank though they may charge you, but still you can get your things easily online or over phone..

What a coincidence.. I am dealing with bunch of jokers in HDFC Nandanam branch as well. The branch manager is AnanthaNarayanan.. He always sleeps and never did anything that I have asked. I was previously sold by exmanager Seshadri and he got transferred for whatever reason.
Guess what I closed my NRI account, withdrew all FD, cash and moved to different bank altogether.

I am really very very disappointed with the service i am getting from HDFC. A customer wants to change his billing adress and the response i am getting from the Call HDFC Bank 24-HourCall Center, is that i need to send a dully signed letter to the mailing address and in email response you are again asking me to call the call center. What will i do?
Cummon this is 2010, i have experience with MNC banks , but not like this. In days of online banking you all are asking me to change address through signed letter. Tats really disappointing. I will take this forward and share my experience with others about this outdated service.

They asked me it is not possible and asked me to go the Main branch which is 30kms away from my home… I yesterday I desposited some money into his bank account from the same brach.. I have visited to HDFC bank (East of kailash) Branch, My purpose was to make correction in address / address change. Staff was not helpful and not even guiding me well that what document should I provide for that. One of female executive even said that this cannot be done from here because your account is with noida branch. I have told her that I lived here in east of kailash but still she was continuing saying this. Second executive was very rude I was sitting and no one standing behind me and he said that wait for some time and sit on the next chair and there was no chair vacant at that time.
I felt very bad and I have immediate left from there.

I want to file a complaint against some members of HDFC :
Mr. Hari OM (Manager),

Ms Priyanka.
These people are very arrogant and not helpful at all. I request them to settle the bill amount but the response is too bad and they even don’t have the correct address of my home. After providing the correct address they again putting someone else address.
Now they are even not ready to speak in proper manner and not sending any executive to collect the amount.
Ms Priyanka said to me that why dont you send your friend in their branch? I dont understand these type of conversation.
And i dont know what the hell she is talking about.
So many different peoples are calling me from HDFC from their personal contact number.
I have even filed a complaint against them on their site as well as here, http://www.consumercourt.in/banking/76422-hdfc-bank-credit-card-customer-care.html at Consumer Court site but so far no action has been taken on this case.I hope i will get the proper solution of my complaint very soon.

The smart brains in Chennai have no experience in dealing with NRI. They do not have enough common sense to understand the requirements, the process or the procedure to make it smooth to open and operate these accounts. Worst in service nobody will take care of customer issue. No information is available at any one in the branch also customer care. If call customer care they will ask you visit nearest branch. If you go to the branch they will ask you call to the customer care. But of them are not aware of what is the customer issue and how to help with the issue.
Please DO NOT use HDFC bank for anything worst service.

Customer service does not exist in HDFC Bank. Any mail sent to HDFC Securities will be returned if you even mention word securities. People do not read mail in its entirety. They do not uderstand problem at all. I suspect most of them are poorly trained and do not understand English well and banking system. These days, they have come up with a new idea. If you call on a phone, you will always get an advice of sending a screen-shot. When you send it, mail will return because of mail-rule. even f someone reads, they will not understand it and write to you in bad English how they did not understand the problem. Then after 5 days, they will respond that please provide more information. 10 days after that, they will respond that we checked and there is no trouble.
Bank levies unjustified charges for poor banking service and poor customer service. Phone people cannot speak, mail people do not understand problem, and branch people ask you to call on customer service! My advice. HDFC is untrained, uncivilized and unprofessional bank. Never deal with it.

All the banks are having its own Pros and Cons. Actually, i am a customer of HDFC Bank and i havent faced any issue till date with the bank. They may canvas you for Insurance and Mutual Funds, but it is solely our own decision. So, nothing to worry about. I hold multiple accounts with many banks like SBI, IOB, CitiBank, HDFC. The Best of Customer Care i have received till date is from HDFC. It depends only on our fate nothing else.

Not a customer oriented bank, worst in service, no CC due date alerts, you will never receive any call for any issue raised with the bank and when you call back they will never entertain. They will never try to resolve your problem, there are no senior executives to help you out.

I had account in Panajim Branch in Goa One year back. I am from middle class family. I generally maintian minimum amount of the bank. But my minimum account has been come down due to my personal reason and due to its poor service i turned away from branch and never responded also. sudenly i recived a leter from bank that your acount has not been used for last one year plese contact nearest branch for with letter. meanwhile new branch has been opened in my village so i contacted my branch with letter. I asked them about the negtive balance. Branch manger told me that they are going to deduct penalty of Rs 200 and he assure that he will try to see that this amount may not be deducted. I diposited of Rs. 6000 the minimum balance to be maintain is Rs 5000/-. I diposited on month of July 2013. After four month my balance is Rs 400/- Even after assurance from branch manger that they are going to deduct only Rs 200 only they rob up heave amount of earlier penalty. Thank God i am wise not to deposit heavy amount. Let HDFC enjoyed money from my account i will never turn there again.

Never ever take car loan and car insurance from HDFC.
I have savings account with HDFC and when i enquired about car loan, they told me i have a pre-approved loan of 5.4 Lac. I applied for 4.7 Lac but received approval only for 4.54 Lac + 16,000 for insurance (which is a top up loan – and this means i had to take insurance from hdfc). The numbers added up exactly – which is too good to be a coincidence.
Though the payment was disbursed in mid December and the chasis no etc was communicated last week, instead of repeated request they have not yet given any insurance certificate. I am only given a proposal form which is titled ICN (Insurance Cover Note) and whenever they are talking, they are using the term ‘cover note’ to create an impression that insurance is in place. This is cheating and must be protested.
However, i am also aware that legally speaking, HDFC is in a safe position as all their written communications holds good but I would still try to make as many people as possible aware of this cheating.

I’m sangeetha, I maintained account with HDFC Bank when I opened account there was no formal communication that 25, 000 should be maintained in account for every month. HDFC Bank detected 5, 000 in for first time and I have raised complaint for the same (023-378-584). Hdfc bank never tried to reach me for not maintaining minimum balance and without informing me they have detected 5, 000. I request them to revert back the money as this is first time. I am not a customer but i want to write a review, I come from a very renowned institute. I was interviewed for a post of associate software engineer at kanjurmarg branch on november 29th 2013 cleared all rounds then in March 2014 received a call from HR TUSHAR asking are you still interested in this job or not said yes, And then I called him he said you will get your offer letter in a day or two it is waiting for the clearances in head office then after a month back he said you will we have recruited some other fellow. I mean you guys are so unprofessional MR. TUSHAR. Its the HRs duty to call the candidates.

HDFC is ridiculous. I am trapped with these blood suckers. Got loan on very attractive rate at 10.25%, but slowly and gradually they increased the rate of interest to 12% without intimation. After 3 year when I visited their branch and enquired about it. They said I have to pay Rs25,000 to reset my base rate. Which I paid and my based rate and my ROI came back to 10.50%. After 6 months they again started the same trick, gradually and slowly increased the rate of interest by incrementing it by 0.25% every quarter. Again currently I am paying ROI of 11.75%, whereas I am still able to see on various websites they are claiming to give loan on 10.15% to new customers.

i agree with the credit card thing. i have been payin a minimum amount for one year just for 30000 rs but even after paying it for one and half year the amount still remains same.and i am not even gettin a proper statement of the installments paid and the charges they applied.Worst Bank :- HDFC.

Please don’t choose this bank.. They are irresponsible and very bad customer service. I recently applied for credit card in HDFC bank and the same was rejected due to some reasons. From, the bank authorities I come to know that it has beenrejected due to address verification. I was in Bangalore when I applied for the card, but now I’m relocated to Chennai just tow weeks back. A person rang me up me for address verification when I was there in Bangalore and enquired about my address and I gave him all the details he asked for. But from my resident owner, I got the information that, no one has approached my residence in Bangalore regarding address verification. It seems the person himself has updated the status as not verified. How come he can disapprove, without approaching my residence?? This is embarrassing. I didn’t except such a poor customer service from HDFC

I have a purview that HDFC Bank has lost its earlier post products service and Customer orientation in this current aggressive marketing approach.
I’m employed in a MNC since last four years and in HDFC bank,the salary account was opened for pay credits.
After four years,a minimum amt was deducted and as i approached the customer care,the remarks was given that my particular account is an regular savings account and hence deduction will be charged.As i narrated to check out my details and also the accounts history,the executive mentioned that my employer should directly credit my pay in the account rather than commencing NEFT transfer..
Earlier i was approached with various products of HDFC for having privileges of salary account holder and now the verdict suddenly changes.
Now i am asked to visit the account holding branch along with my Appointment letter for rectification.
My Question: Shall i expect one more error again.
What a Blunder in this financial organisation..??

With due respect,I would like to bring into your knowledge that the services and claim of HDFC to be the leading bank i.e to be the top 50 banks in the world is a big time joke and its my humble request to you to kindly stop claiming this and fooling the young professionals.Here are the few high lights-
1). I have applied for the personal loan twice in a year and it got rejected.
2).Reason because of existing Education loan,which is completely taken care by my Parents.
3).I would like to understand the responsibility of the bank.Is it only for the HNI clients or also for the young professionals who face hell lot of challenges in beginning of there career.
4).Its the employer and the bank who gets benefited against the salary account,not the employees.
5).Moreover the ROI is really high which the customer has to pay,but above all the bank needs all the things completely cleared and in order from customer end.
6). Dear Sir, I would also like to highlight that many people with same issues gets their loan sanctioned in spite of having the same issues.Hats off to the procedure of so called top 50 banks of world HDFC to conduct such kind of nontransparent procedures.
7). The only option left out is to carry the hdfc bank account only for the salary purpose and to maintain a nill account with it.
8).Also its better to dissolve the Credit card even.
9).This is the issue not only faced by me but also many young professionals.
10). Finally I hope that the problems will be addressed by you if you think it needs to be.

Please friends better you avoid all relationships with HDFC bank service. They are looting money in all ways. i support ICICI is better bank which i have seen ever. The plan will be remains same till you close your account. But HDFC initial salary account and it will automatically changes to saving account. even those burgers will not inform to us to maintain balance. my balance has gone to negative . if it will reaches more negative balance then they will send a notice to your homes for paying money and court and all. so please close your all open HDFC accounts as soon as possible.

Review of HDFC bank
Worst experience never get reply from loansupport@hdfcbank.com even though provided required details via registered email id. do not take any kind of loan or open account in hdfc also do not take any credit card from hdfc as hdfc sales person gives false commitment for marketing. Also got worst experience from hdfc cutomaer care never gives reply for complaint also.

I would like to add 1 more bad experience..
They send mails regarding personal loan and when i login on netbanking that time also they show in offers.. personal loan within 12 hours.
Once one of my relative need 25k in emergency, i went and meet one of executive in home branch, then they said minimum you have to take 50k.
valid range is 50k to 150k, that too @ 16% anual interest. If i pay with in 2 months also – interest of 4 . something will be apply on that.

I said my friend to deposit 7.5k in my account, but branch was different (however in same city) – then those new branch people said charge of 125 rs will be applied as u r depositing amount from diff branch.. WTF

HDFC Bank Support Services is the pathetic services I have ever experienced..If you live near an HDFC branch and at the same place till your death, alright..If you want to change the address after you moved out or need any information from the bank, you are finished.. They want you to personally visit the branch and fill their own specific forms to process a request..And their other organization, HDFC Securities is even more pathetic.. These support people are just dumb or that ‘s what the management wants them to be..They have zero customer empathy -dont understand the customer problem, leave alone resolving them.. I chose HDFC bank because ICICI bank had a lot of hidden charges..But my decision was wrong.. ICICI Bank though they may charge you, but still you can get your things easily online or over phone..
I have my A/C with HDFC and it is in Baroda Gujarat and Now i relocated to New Delhi for job opportunitiy. I went to HDFC Bank and asked them to close my A/C as i was facing a lots of issues in transactons , So i asked the branch manager to close the A/C but there was no one to help me to close my A/C.
Please don’t choose this bank.. They are irresponsible and very bad customer service.
HDFC is ridiculous. I am trapped with these blood suckers. My advice. HDFC is untrained, uncivilized and unprofessional bank. Never deal with it.

HDFC is really pathetic!! I had a fd and salaried account with them. When I was closing my salaried account as I was not employed any longer they literally forced me to close my fd account as well before maturity date and pay 1% penalty as well all though I was not interested to close my fd but I was forced too. When I spoke to my manager in gurgaon Vibhu Grover with regards to issue he was so damm rude. His attitude was literally like “AMB maintian karo warna account band karo aur niklo yahan se”.
I felt so disgraceful talking to him. Now never in my wildestdream Iam going to bank with HDFC.
WORST AND FUNNY – when i asked them about banks rules and RBI guidelines which asked customer to break fd in case they are closing their account HE was speechless and started arguing and literally fighting.
Even sarkari banks are better!! I bank with RBS also and they are too friendly.

i had been using HDFC credit card from last 2 years and i have pathetic and shamefull experience with this bank.this is the third class bank i have ever come across in my life. the customer services executives are worst they doesnt know english they cudlnt undustand and respond also.i had visit the kondhwa branch and i had a worst experiance with this branch they dont even know their rules and regulations of their own bank forget about compition in market.i would say even small banks are better than HDFC bank.very bad customer experiance and would never ever deal with bank in my life time…pathetic bank.

HDFC bank processes are archaic. in order to update credit cards details, i need to go in person to validate my signature. this is crazy, who in today’s world has time to go to the bank, isn’t that why we have net banking. and if my account i linked to my credit cards, and my account information is update, with my new number, why does it no apply to the other linked cards? horrible – service. can’t wait to move to another bank.

Hi,
I have HDFC Saving account in chennai. same account assigned to my Sharkhan Trading account. some time I transfered my saving account to Trading account. For every time they are Debiting 100/-‘s of Rupees as Depository charges
Many time I contacted to customer care. They are replaying. I got very very bad experience with HDFC Bank. With in 1 month I am going to close my HDFC Saving account.
My best suggestion is before u want open saving account in HDFC you just check Reviews in internet.

Its very bad situation today experiencing in hdfc netbanking. Its been three hours I need to do urgent transaction. However every time getting a message service is temporary unavailable. I never faced this type of situation in my other accounts. I feel today that never open your account in hdfc if you feel you may need to do the urgent transactions in future

one of the useless banks i have ever faced , my sincere advice,please dont go for this bank , they dont rely on your statements, they will charge you and let you not know y they have charged for personal loan or any another type of loan, i sincerely vent my anger because then and there i am facing issues,

I opened an account Kapashera new Delhi branch,I have never seen this kind of worst service provider Bank. I forgot my ipin pin number as well as ATM pin number, I went to branch and met personal banker he told me fill the regenerated pin farm I filled that as well as he was submitted query in portal and told me it will come on registered mobile number or come by hardcopy with in 2 days, but no response from HDFC bank no pin come on my mobile number even no I got any hardcopy, what’s the service boss I will be never recommended anyone to open an account in HDFC, it will come down soon in market as well as corporate by their poor service.

Personal loan service is not transparent, they will tell some thing and charge some thing more on processing fee, beware of processing fee, insurance, get a written statement on these issues, so u can question them later, if charged more.

HDFC Manjari Branch, Near AM College Mahadevnagar Hadapsar is a very third class brach I ever seen. There is no customer satisfied service. All staff are arrogantly served especially ladies staff. shame on this branch. If anybody wants to credit his/her friends or families account then specially ladies cashier tell that go to Viman Nagar Branch for crediting. what kind of Service is this by your Cashier.

Hi what poor service by the HDFC BANK EMPLOYEES MS.Pragati at mahipalpur branch of hdfc new Delhi.
i am the regular customer of HDFC BANK sice 8 year. today went to near by brach for some correction only. it was not a hard work to change something in account.but the employee react like the bank is their own father. they do understand the customer value.she said to me come after one month. tell me guys should i have wait for a month for a small work.
if they do not able to work why they are making fool to the customer.

Hdfc netbanking and phone banking are too worst. My Atm pin got blocked when I tried to regenerate my mpin and phone banking is too worst it won’t connect and they won’t solve the problem when it gets connected. Now I have to go to the branch. Useless work they think people don’t have any other work.

Worst Customer service by Madivala HDFC branch manager and staff-
Never opt or open any account in Madivala branch.
Or if that manager-Narayan Naik, behaves unethical please submit complaint against him.

1-Madivala Branch manager-Narayan naik, behaved extremely rude with me, treating a women customer or any one is completely unethical. He treated so badly that now a days you don’t treat with a begger also.
2-Manager said that he will reverse the 50% amount and you can swipe the card and utilize it and your account will be closed within 5 working days after all verification process and you will have 5 days of time to access my card.
3-yesterday, around 1pm i submitted my forms and today in the morning they closed my account and blocked my card. I submitted forms as per his suggestion but he is a fraud person. Being senior person and at higher position doesn’t suit this kind of thinking and behavior
4-Totally 1035rs+66rs=1101rs are deducted from my account. I need my amount to be reversed and cannot tolerate such behaviour from the manager and staff-Poulomi Mukherjee.

I totally agree their service standard has become pathetic. They are not even listening to the problems of customers let alone taking time to solve them. Especially the Hinjewadi branch. Worst customer treatment I have ever come across in my life. The staffs were rude and not even listening.
I am feeling very angry as they wasted 5 hours of my valuable time. Useless stupid moron!!! I am not a person who scolds but God help this people totally deserve it. Rude manager and receptionist.

This is the worst bank in thane I have ever seen no proper service after the change made by the government regards the old 500/1000 rs note the branch manager of Thane Vasant vihar branch do not have manner that how to treat a customer he behaves like he is from it department and the amount I have to deposit is just rs 14,000 and there is no proper help line number of this bloody bank to contact with

iv recently opened up NRE ACCOUNT AT HDFC biggest mistake iv ever made .fucking assholes kept calling everyday until i account was opened . IV never had problem with icici for last 5 years there service and online banking and response is even better then many canadian banks. .i just wanted to split money within within two banks cuz indian govt keep fucking with banking system and peoples money . how do i close my account at hdfc online can anyone help my phone# has been changed to recieve OTP . i filled request to change my number

HDFC is a most worst bank in customer service with respect to both personal loan and credit card. If we speak to two different marketing guys they will give different version of benefits for a same product. They does not have professional ethics or values while dealing with customers and they do not care to lose a customer. Its better to close the relationship with HDFC bank of any product.

I don’t understand HDFC has toll free number for Credit card but why land line/ mobile numbers are there for phone banking. They should have toll free number for Bank customers also.

Yes, i totally agree..HDFC Bank is the worst bank….We were converting our daughters minor account to major in the 12th Main Indiranagar Branch at Bangalore…We were planning to get a new account opened but can you imagine 2 weeks plus but the account has not been opened yet..whereas the commitment given was it takes 3 days to open a savings account ..they took additional amount of 11,000 stating we need 10,000 minimum balance.. we kept on following up with the bank employees ..but no revert nor account status was given at any point in time…we realized that by just opening an account is taking so much of time and is causing us stress then what should we expect when doing any future transactions….. Hence we decided to close the account….the worst thing is there is no apologies from either the Manager or the employees……..they are giving reasons like their bank employee has personal problems hence account did not open…we need approvals ….(which they forgot to even raise for till they saw us today at the branch…see the height of the HDFC employees inefficiency to even do their basic jobs)…we realized today….thank god we just got saved …….Even if you get A FREE ACCOUNT IN HDFC BANK….say NO THANK YOU….

Not just HDFC any bank for that matter. It has become a crime to earn and save money. To get back our own hard earned funds placed with them we are made to run pilliar to post with different excuses each time. But when it comes to charging they will boast of superior services and charge you in different names – Gold Imperia & what not.

Absolute rubbish. HDFC is a fake brand. Am trying to change phone number of my own credit card from last many months. Dropped more than 25 forms (yes more than 25) forms in the center. But, still not changed.

Have HDFC credit card, the collection agent who does not have an ID, tells me standing in front of my doorstep my exact salary salary, date, time and the next day exact balance in my account,
Shocked!
Asked the bank how this info is exposed, and where and how is my account & money secured with HDFC.
The reply mail from the bank is as follows
The matter has been checked at our end and we confirm that our representatives operate under strict guidelines on the manner and demeanor of their interaction with all customers, which are within the frame-work of banking regulation guidelines. We request you to make the complete payment on or before the due date regularly to avoid payment reminder calls in future.
So,For everyone.based on my experience, Please don’t open accounts or have any banking relationship with HDFC banks

Very Bad Experience with HDFC Dharmapuri Branch. I applied jewel loan on 09/11/17, First they assured in the interest rate of 11%. But At the final processing they put 13.50%. Very Worst Bank i have ever seen. This Branch employee are not Honest and even not transparent, They put lot of Hidden Charges. money sucking employees. So many Dishonest Worst Employees/Managers in this HDFC dharmapuri Branch.
I will upload those proof soon.
I recommend go for some Bank.
