The SIM in RIM is in the brim to get dim

The RIM-driven Blackberry mobiles seems to be in troubled waters these days. A few bullet points about the RIM development are hereunder:

1. A vision to expand outside the United States because of the slowing growth in United States.
2. Saudi Arabia has ordered the suspension of Research In Motion Ltd’s BlackBerry smartphone service starting Aug 6, the state run Saudi Press Agency reported, citing the telecommunications authority.
3. UAE bans blackberry use from August 11
4. Curtains down for Blackberry show in India very soon

The simple reason for the ongoing downfall of Blackberry, as I deduce are the following:

1. Non-cooperation of RIM management to the global governments to establish secure communication infrastructure
2. Multiple (Security) Vulnerabilities in the communication infrastructure.

So next time your manager or some one brandishes a high-tech blackberry gadgets and presents a pompous boast in front of everyone you need to just challenge him with a simple security puzzle — “Are you the local affiliate of Al-Queda?”

Security is everyone’s responsibility. If some one is not cooperating for the global security and worldwide peace solidarity, such vectors would need to be quarantined. We hope RIM brings in a renaissance in their outlook lest the governments across the globe bring in a blackout on the blackberry services.

The most recent hot flame news that is marching around the world epicentered from Chennai is the murder of TNEB employee whose mistress employed in Velachery Police Station had deployed her paramour and a few underworld gangs to unleash terror on him near Tiruvellore district of Chennai. Again this is seeded by the parental misdirections. The victims’ mistress was in love with the victim from the school days and since the victim was not employed good at that time her parents gave her in marriage to some one else. The victim who had the moral responsibility of not to follow her since she is now married to some one else unethically continued his relationship with her. The legitimate spouse walked out in the huff and the duo felt now more comfortable.

The mistress’ bestial greed then got enhanced when she developed more promiscuous relationship to another constable working with her at workplace. This enraged the victim who challenged her. Intimidated by the victim’s intervention the ‘bandit-queen’ plotted along with her ‘new paramour’ and hiring few more thugs eliminated the victim from the face of the earth.

Besides the adultery she also stands to earn the fame of misusing her powers by fabricating false complaints of ‘missing’ in Velachery Police Station. Check out the news here.

In a gruesome incident that happened in Chennai (Virugambakkam) last week a woman took the child of her paramour because he refused to ‘legalize’ their ‘out-of-law’ relationships. The illegal triangle love by an HDFC Insurance employee (Jayakumar) and his workplace mistress (Poovarasi) with the former’s intents of using the latter only to satisfy his bestial instincts made the latter psychologically affected causing her to strike back by claiming the life of toddler (the son of former) by hacking him to death and taking the torso in a trolley suitcase.

What’s more after strangling the toddler to death she seemed to have visited a church in Armenian street for ‘confession and pardon’.  The cops as usual seemed to have opened another investigation episode that is going to be another mega-serial without much solution to the pandemic problem afflicting the society.

A Scamster targetting IndiaMinutes and Callous Attitude of Call Center

It was Friday fun with some one allegedly from 12143822290 (a Dallas-based number) calling me offering some whole rock-solid free one month membership with IndiaMinutes. The caller was telling me that after explaining the features he would hangup. Then an automated voice call would follow which I should agree for activating the one month membership along with giving confidential information on credit cards etc. Whilst I declined the offer the caller still wanted to go ahead and he was giving around a spurt of  missed calls. I had to give him a kick back later to chase him away.

When I checked with IndiaMinutes call center I found out there was no such offer. However they were reluctant to take up the issue and followup on who is the scamster taking toll on them. So it is clear that these people might be hand-in-gloves with the scamser. The IndiaMinutes does not have a proper support cum contact system as well. It goes to a third party website for support.

A quick search on IndiaMinutes brings a lot of fraudulent activity by IndiaMinutes as well. Check out this link. Just thought of sharing this with other readers so that they can boycott this underworld long distance service provider in Toto.
